DblClick (This is a very good
program, that allows you to double right click on a file in File Manager
and it will show you the contents in Notepad or Wordpad.

have some good addons and fixes for IE4.
This program allows you to put your own Bitmap and
information in the blank corner of the System Settings box.
Be able to see through the icon names on the
desktop so that you don't have big blocks beneath the icons on your
background wallpaper, also, you can change the colour of the icon text.
This is TweakUI 98, it has more options than the
previous version, it is a must for Windows Users.
